About Craig Pride

Craig Pride is dedicated to celebrating and supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community in Craig, Colorado, and the surrounding areas. What began five years ago as a grassroots effort by locals seeking connection has grown into a movement for visibility, inclusion, and community.

Each year, we host a community Pride celebration that brings people together in joy and solidarity. Starting this summer, we’re expanding our efforts with monthly events designed to keep the spirit of Pride alive all year long. Our mission is to create safe, welcoming spaces where LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and allies in Moffat County and nearby areas can come together, build friendships, and strengthen our local support network.

Last year, we began an exciting new partnership with Queer Futures, a nonprofit based in Steamboat Springs that shares our vision for rural queer empowerment. Together, we’re expanding what’s possible—collaborating on events, sharing resources, and building a stronger, more connected regional community. We’re thrilled to grow this partnership and deepen its impact in the years ahead.
